Private Birth Prep Session (3 hours)

In this 3-hour session, I come to your home to teach birth process basics, comfort measures, labor positions, and anything else I can fit into our time together.

I'll customize the content to your needs. Much of what I include is what my doula support clients learn in our home visits.

This session works great as a refresher for those who have given birth before. It's not comprehensive, by any means, but it is certainly better than no preparation at all for those who have waited too long to take my full 8-hour Birth Essentials series or the specialty Spinning Babies birth prep class.
